Rates

1. To make a Booking

1. Complete the Booking Request form (on the right).

2. Once we have confirmed availability back to you, and you choose to proceed,  a deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.

3. The balance of payment is required 14 days prior to commencement of your stay.

Please Note: A $100 security deposit is required at the time of the booking. Subject to there being no damage to the property, the security deposit will be fully refunded.

Cancellation Policy

1. Shoulder & Low Season
   Cancellations will incur a service fee of 10% if made 14 days prior to commencement of rental.
2. High-Season, Long Weekends & School Holidays
   Cancellations will incur a service fee of 15% if made less than 60 days prior to commencement of rental.
3. Full refund less 10% admin fee if min 3 months notice given (prior to check-in date). Or else, will be based on re-booking for period.
