Tentative Confirmation
On receipt of a reservation enquiry, we will contact you to confirm availability, rental rate (including any applicable charges) and deposit required (50% of the total rental + a Security Deposit).

Reservation Confirmation
To confirm a reservation you must pay the deposit within 72 hours of the Tentative confirmation. Once deposit is received your reservation will be confirmed. The balance of the rental charge must be paid 14 days before your scheduled arrival date. Reservations are treated on a ‘first come first served basis’.

Payment Methods
Payment is via Internet Banking.

Details will be sent to you with your ‘Tentative Conformation’ email.

Security Deposit
A $100 security deposit is required at the time of the booking. Subject to there being no damage to the property, the security deposit will be fully refunded

Minimum Stay & Rental Rates
The minimum stay at SANDALS AT THE BAY is 2 nights. Rental rates are subject to change without notice, however once reservations are confirmed the quoted rates are protected.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Shoulder & Low Season
    Cancellations will incur a service fee of 10% if made 14 days prior to commencement of rental.
  2. High-Season, Long Weekends & School Holidays
    Cancellations will incur a service fee of 15% if made less than 60 days prior to commencement of rental.
  3. Full refund less 10% admin fee if min 3 months notice given (prior to check-in date). Or else, will be based on re-booking for period.


We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property, or for any personal injuries during your stay at Sandals at the Bay. We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which may be caused directly or indirectly by events outside our control such as late arrival of International flights, fire, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.

Guests are responsible and will be charged for any damage they cause to the facilities or equipment at Sandals at the Bay, as a result of neglect or carelessness. They may also be responsible for the cost of any inventory/equipment that goes missing during their stay.
